At the Maumee Office, I input, review, and process listings in the MLS and dotloop. Once under contract, I help process pendings and ensure all paperwork is completed. In addition, I am responsible for maintaining the forms and closing out files with all required forms in dotloop. I also assist in setting up our Continuing Education program that provides agents the opportunity to attend 12 free hours of C.E. to maintain their license.
